She and her staff are kind people who do everything they can to help their customers understand their policies down to the smallest details and answer even the toughest questions to the best of their ability. Nina has been great in helping me with mutiple insurances, bonded titles and rental property insurances. Super quick turnaround when needed. Again if u thinking SF these guys have been thr for me. "I called this location for a quote. I am already a State farm customer and inquired about the process of moving from state to state. I was told they would be in touch with rates. A week or so later, I got a bill in the mail with a rate increase of over $600. I never received a policy, a notice of rate change, nothing. Come to find out this rate included multiple coverages that are not even on my policy now!! #ScamMuch When I reached out to find out how I had been enrolled in something I never agreed too, Ramona advised me that they are cancelling the transfer and dismissed my complaint as if I'm insane for expecting to have been notified about the changes before they proceeded to send a bill. Bottom line, avoid this location and their morally questionable procedures!! I will be switching companies due to this experience."

"Her staff is very rude. If you have lots of money want to loose them in the form of the insurance no one can be do better than them. I have never got a chance to talk with Ramona. Their will not respond immediately unless your message has some content that make them money.Any help regarding other facts they will not respond immediately. I had very bad experience. Will never choose this agent next time."
